Operation:
1. The box contains the following:
a. Digital Blood pressure monitor
b. BP cuff size (22-36 cms)
c. USB-C type cable
d. 4 AA batteries
e. User manual
2. Read all safety instructions and guidelines before operation.
3. Caffeine, smoking, alcohol and exercise should be avoided for at least 30 mins before measurement.
4. Sit calmly with back support, feet flat on the ground for at least 5 mins before
measurement.
5. Select the appropriate power source. (USB-C type cable with adapter is recommended)
6. Wear the BP cuff as per section 8 of instruction manual.

7. Talking and any other movement should be avoided while taking the measurement. Please note: The Bp monitor is a sensitive instrument and slightest of movements while measuring can cause inaccuracies.
8. Two BP measurements should be recorded, 1-2 min apart and a third only if the first two readings differ by & gt;10mmHg.
9. BP is measured as the average of last two readings.
